The Cat in the Hat visited IXL Elementary for Read Across America Week! Students had a blast enjoying stories and fun.

Congratulations to Alex Stalnaker (IXL Elementary) and Alexa Garcilazo Gonzalez (Frances Willard Elementary) for being selected to represent their schools in the Kansas Youth Art Month (YAM) exhibition!

The YELL (Youth Empowered to Learn and Lead) program is empowering 5th-grade boys at IXL Elementary through mentorship, hands-on activities, and field trips. Recent highlights include safety lessons with local first responders and leadership sessions with Cowley College students. Future topics include cooking, health, and outdoor skills.
