Mrs. Stoner’s 3rd graders crushed their 100-can goal, collecting 346 items for Angels in the Attic!

The YELL (Youth Empowered to Learn and Lead) program is empowering 5th-grade boys at IXL Elementary through mentorship, hands-on activities, and field trips. Recent highlights include safety lessons with local first responders and leadership sessions with Cowley College students. Future topics include cooking, health, and outdoor skills. Thank you to our community partners for supporting these future leaders!

At IXL Elementary, a select group of girls is taking a timeout to spend an hour each week with their school counselor and several college students as they learn to develop a strong sense of self-esteem.
